KYC Verification

To comply with legal requirements and ensure safety and security of all transactions, we have implemented a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This process helps us prevent fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities, ensuring a secure shopping experience for our customers.

When do we require KYC?
  • Change of Shipping Address: If you wish to change the delivery address on your order.
  • Amending your order/Account information: If you need to amend your order.
  • Orders above £1000: Once you have crossed the threshold of £1000 you will be required to verify your account.
  • Suspicious /Unauthorised activity or flagged account: If we or our systems determine suspicious activity linked to your account.
  • Sales Payout: When receiving a payout from us.
Required Documents.

To complete the KYC verification, please provide the following documents:

    1. Proof of ID: A clear and valid copy of your passport (all countries), driving licence (UK only) or National ID card 
    2. Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or credit card statement (dated within the the last 60 days) showing your name and address (of the customer placing the order).
    3. Selfie with ID Document: A selfie holding the ID document used for the proof of ID.
