KYC Verification
To comply with legal requirements and ensure safety and security of all transactions, we have implemented a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This process helps us prevent fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities, ensuring a secure shopping experience for our customers.
When do we require KYC?
- Change of Shipping Address: If you wish to change the delivery address on your order.
- Amending your order/Account information: If you need to amend your order.
- Orders above £1000: Once you have crossed the threshold of £1000 you will be required to verify your account.
- Suspicious /Unauthorised activity or flagged account: If we or our systems determine suspicious activity linked to your account.
- Sales Payout: When receiving a payout from us.
Required Documents.
To complete the KYC verification, please provide the following documents:
- Proof of ID: A clear and valid copy of your passport (all countries), driving licence (UK only) or National ID card
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or credit card statement (dated within the the last 60 days) showing your name and address (of the customer placing the order).
- Selfie with ID Document: A selfie holding the ID document used for the proof of ID.
