Understanding an item's condition
On every listing you can find the item condition in the description and additional description sections. We do not accept listings of overly used/damaged items.

Condition: New
Sellers can list items as new in the following cases: the item has not been used, comes in its original packaging.
• Item has its original box.
• Item has its original accessories.
• Item has never been used.
• Item has a proof of receipt or a copy of the purchase receipt.
• Item must be identical to when it was purchased new from the brand (online or in-store).
• Item must have 1 main picture or video.
• Item may not have protective film on hardware unless specified in the listing
You cannot request additional photos from a seller for items which are listed in NEW condition.
For multiple reasons:
1) You do not ask for additional photos of an item when purchasing directly from the brand’s website. Purchasing an item listed on our platform in NEW condition is similar to purchasing that item directly from the brand.
2) Mainly due to the fact that every user enquiring and demanding new photos will require the seller to manipulate the item, which may degrade either the item or its packaging. Buyers purchasing new items would rather not risk the item/packaging being deteriorated. You can only ask the seller for other angles photos where the item is in PRE-OWNED GREAT condition.
All items are physically authenticated. Which means when you pay, the seller ships to us for inspection, and we ship to you.
If you need additional photos, you can request that our team provides photos of the item during our inspection.
Photos will cost £20/item.

Condition: Pre-Owned Like New
Sellers can list items as “like new” in the following cases: the item has only been used a few times with no scratches or signs of use, but still comes in its original box and/or dust bag.
• Item has its original box.
• Item has its original accessories.
• Item has no signs of use.
• Item must be identical to when it was purchased new from the brand (online or in-store).
• Item must have 1 main picture or video.

⚠️May not have stickers on the item.
You cannot request additional photos from a seller for items which are listed in LIKE NEW condition.
For multiple reasons:
1) You do not ask for additional photos of an item when purchasing directly from the brand’s website. Purchasing an item listed on our platform in LIKE NEW condition is similar to purchasing that item directly from the brand, only without stickers or the store receipt.

Sellers can list items as “Great” in the following cases: the item has only been fairly used (everyday-use signs), but no deep scratches, and still functions as intended. We do not accept damaged items.
• Item has no damage.
• Item has 1 main picture or video.
• Item has photos of angles or defects -if any. So the buyer can see the actual condition.
⚠️May not have its original purchase receipt.
⚠️May not have its original box.
⚠️May not have its original accessories.
⚠️May have a few hairline signs of use but not damaged (unacceptable examples: torn leather, deep jewelry scratches, broken items)
You can request additional photos from a seller for items which are listed in Great condition.
You can request up to 3 (three) additional images such as: left/right corner, logo stamp, metal closeup shot, interior, zipper, strap, handle, buttons, garment seams etc.
For security purposes you cannot request for pictures of item certificate/ certificate stamps / stamp codes / authenticity numbers / receipt. Our experts will verify these.
