Important!
When you pay for your order, we hold your payment during the lifetime of your order. This is our buyer protection (already included in your order for FREE). So if there is any problem we can immediately process your refund.
The seller only receives the payment for your order after your order has been delivered to you. Or automatically 7 days after you receive your item, if you have not raised any request for a return.
*You can reject payment protection (we do not recommend you do this) and we will process your payment to the seller immediately during purchase, however we will not be liable for any refunds as you rejected the payment protection service.

When paying via stablecoins you always pay with your payment method of choice, and in the backend we collect your payment via stablecoins.
Stablecoins are the equivalent of cash used to pay online. They are considered the future of payment, are highly secure because they use new payment technology, are transparent and public (transactions are visible to everyone.)
Most companies like Paypal, Visa, The Federal US Government, use stablecoins to process lightning fast transactions in the backend ($140.4 billion stablecoins move daily with 62 million individual transfers every 24 hours).

–Shopify the largest ecommerce platform has integrated stablecoins.
-The U.S. uses digital dollars (stablecoins) in the regulated American Banking Framework.
Stablecoins are stable currency (called tokens) but extremely secure and backed by 1000s of companies. They are different to bitcoin which is unregulated, and highly volatile.
If you wish to pay via Stablecoins, you still pay via your normal methods of payment, but we receive the payments in Stablecoins.
For Example: You want to purchase an item with your debit card or Apple Pay. We redirect you to our partner (Moonpay or Rampnetwork) > Select method of payment > Select the Stablecoin > Enter our receiving address> Pay
We receive the notification almost instantly.
You may have noticed some payment methods have different discounts compared to others.
When we process a debit/credit card transaction on our checkout page, our payment processor charges between 3-7% transaction fees plus 1-2% currency conversion fees, and restricts the amount, payment countries, type of cards accepted, and they also require us to collect your KYC information.
Meanwhile payment via Stablecoins only cost $0.3 per transaction no matter the order amount, hence we can pass this discounted fee to our shoppers.

Step One
Add the item to your cart, Select how you wish to pay. Click "Place Order".
Step Two
On the order confirmation page you will find your order number and a link/button to moonpay to complete your payment.
Step Three
On Moonpay Check the top left area of the payment box for the currency and amount, Click "BUY PYUSD" to pay with paypal, SOL (for Apple Pay) or USDC (for credit/debit card). Always select SOLANA network.
Step Four
Click "Continue with.." and select your method of payment. You may need to signup or log in. You may need to pass KYC.
Final Step
Confirm our wallet address so it gets to us. When in doubt check your order confirmation page for our wallet address or contact our support team via Live chat to confirm. Done.

Depending on your method of payment and the amount you may need to KYC with our partner. That’s normal and intended to prevent fraud. Your payment will still be processed within 2 minutes.
For Stablecoin payments you can either 1. (Pay via our partner directly into our receiving address) or 2. (For more advanced users you can purchase stablecoins from other sources and send them to our wallet address showed during checkout.
You need:
•The Payment currency in which you placed your order (for example: $ or £ or Euro)
•The Amount (for ex. 20000)
•The Payment stablecoin (we accept SOL (Solana), USDC (USD coin), PYUSD (Paypal USD).
•And our wallet address for the transaction (this is a long mix set of numbers and letters where your stablecoins will be deposited.
Yes you can apply any of our current store discounts to the payment method discounts.
For example: You can add a 7% Promo “April” discount code and if you select a payment method like Apple Pay (4% discount) your total discount on the checkout page will be 11% discount of the order amount.
Payments are instant via checkout, 2-5 mins via our partner, or up to 24 hours via bank transfer.
All your payments are protected through our Buyer Protection whatever payment method you use. Which means we will hold your payment and only release the payment to the seller after we have:
1. Received and Inspected your order
2. Shipped the order to you
3. You have received and are satisfied with your purchase.
If you choose to not have our Free Buyer protection included, when you pay for your order we will send the payment directly to seller as soon as they provide shipping confirmation of the item to you. We will not be able to issue refunds for these case senarios as the payment will no longer be in our Vault.
We do not offer direct Paypal payments (paypal to paypal accounts). To pay via paypal you can only use the Stablecoins payment processor or via Xoom.com (Paypal to bank transfer service) indicated above.
Please do not contact support to request other payment methods as we will not provide assistance.
We cannot issue paypal account refunds because we also do not offer paypal direct account payments.
We will issue your refund either to your PYUSD address which you can withdraw to your Paypal account, or via bank transfer.
We can also issue your refund via other stablecoins (USDC or USDT or SOL)
