When you use our platform as a buyer, we act as a middleman between you and the seller to protect your payment and ensure a safe transaction.

A buyer can return their purchase for a full refund within 30 days. The buyer will pay return shipping fees and ensure the item is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

• Requests processed on our website – We agree to all refunds as long as they are submitted to us as advised above. When you submit a request for a refund on our website, we will process your request within 48 hours. We will then issue your refund (Total Refund) within 1 day (min) – 10 working days (max) from the date we agreed to refund you. The refund will be processed either via bank transfer, deposit to any card in your name, crypto or via any other method available to you such as remittance. We may require a proof of ID to verify your ID and comply with regulations.
• Requests submitted via other platforms – If we receive a refund request from your card processor or any 3rd party processor which hasn’t been submitted via our platform, we will be given 30 days to respond. During this 30-day period will submit evidence that our policy states we will collect 20% as fees for refunds which aren’t submitted on our platform. Your refund will be processed 15 days after the 30-day period (so 45 days after you submitted your request to the 3rd party) and you’ll get 80% of the amount paid.
